We've created the Fryeburg Guesthouse to be exactly how we like to stay.  Our goal was to provide everything you need, but at the same time, not be too much.  In the kitchen you'll find all the cooking tools you'll need, a coffee maker, microwave, dishes, pots, pans, and utensils.  The bedrooms will be made with freshly cleaned linens, the game room stocked with all sorts of games and activities.  You'll have everything you need, whether the Fryeburg Guesthouse is a jumping off point or the site of your staycation.

When you book a reservation with us, know that we will do everything we can to make your stay as comfortable as possible.  Your dates will be reserved and double-booking is impossible. So put your mind at ease - unless there's something out of our control, the house will be ready for your arrival!

We also understand that sometimes things come up while traveling, and for that reason, we strongly recommend you get travel insurance to protect you against any last minute cancellations.  We'll work with you, but please know that last minute date changes are not always possible, and that's where travel insurance has you covered!
